Back to the blog though, seeing as it's a new year, i figured i should start adding little tidbits here and there to this blog. So here's the first of them.

The first album comes courtesy of Manchester's very own "Delphic".

Delphic are an electronic/indie three piece that aim to be the future sound of Manchester, by mixing euphoric electronica with anthemic songs for a post-dance world. (Last FM Page)
I came across this album roughly 3 days ago. The cover art shockingly stood out to me and they were compared to other artists i've become familiar with over the past few months, artists like The Temper Trap and Passion Pit aswell as Friendly Fires and Cut Copy.
My stand out tracks so far seem to be "Red Lights" and "Counterpoint". Both a couple of feel good/chilling out type tracks. By the way if you're reading this post around about the time it's been posted then be sure to get yourself to the itunes store and download their single "This Momentary" for free as it's currently the single of the week.
I'll be back soon with another album no doubt but until then be sure to give this one a listen.
Dave
