Road Trip - Beer Pong!

Why hadn't i heard of this?

I've just sat and watched it over my xbox, decided to rent it off of live in full 1080p HD quality. Lovely Jubbly!

Now as i said, i've just watched it. I had no idea it had been made, let alone that it'd been released on dvd and co. I'm a massive fan of the first film. Actually lost count at the amount of times i've watched it. The cast was excellent.

Now Beer pong you ask..

I haven't played it myself but i've heard stories about it at uni. From what the film taught me, there's basically two teams of two people who take turns to throw a ping pong ball or a "table tennis" ball into their opponent's plastic cups. The cups are set up in the shape of what bowling pins would be for an example. It gets slightly complicated after that for me but yeah the film isn't obviously all about the beer pong :)

The story revolves around a guy named Andy, played by Preston Jones. He's a young man at university and currently in a long-term relationship with his high school girlfriend Katy (Julianna Guill). The story begins when she decides to transfer university to be closer to Andy. Andy's dorm-mate Korkin doesn't like the idea at first and tries to give Andy advice. When an ex-girlfriend of Andy's is mentioned the story takes another shift as the guys decide to take a de-tour on their way to the beer pong championships. Andy is eventually convinced into it, even just to see what comes of it. What follows is constant hillarious, embarrassing and honestly..weird moments.

I don't wanna give much more away to anyone reading who wants to see it but i'd definitely recommend it to fans of the first. The cast aren't as well known as the cast of the first but one does return fortunately, DJ Qualls. He takes the place of Tom Green as the story teller.

Stand out performances for me are from Andy's dorm-mate Korkin played by Michael Trotter. He's pretty much the Stifler character of the film but still makes it really funny.

Other stand outs are of course Andy, his performances of his song are pretty funny aswell as his beer pong team-mate Jake, played by Nestor Aaron Absera. He's the man at trick shots and also a mad stoner.

And finally, for the guys. There are of course tonnes and tonnes of girls in this and as always girl's parts :) just incase you were wondering.

Enjoy if you decide to check it out!
